SDTA provides a variety of dog training services, including but not limited to:

• Puppy Socialization Programs
• Obedience Training (Basic & Advanced)
• Behavior Modification Programs
• Specialized training programs (e.g., Bite Work, Nose Work, Fitness Conditioning, etc.)
• Workshops and Certification Courses

By enrolling in any SDTA program or course, you agree to the terms associated with that specific program, as outlined on our website or as explained to you during the registration process.

3. Registration and Enrollment

• To register for a program, course, or workshop, you must complete the online registration form or any other required registration procedure.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. It is your responsibility to update your details if they change.
• SDTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration or participation if the provided information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Payments and Fees

• All payments for programs, courses, and workshops must be made according to the terms outlined during registration.
• Fees must be paid in full before the start of the program, unless otherwise specified.
• SDTA accepts payment through various methods as specified on our website.
• If payment is not received on time, SDTA reserves the right to cancel or suspend your enrollment in any program or service.

6. Code of Conduct

• Clients must adhere to SDTA’s code of conduct during training sessions, workshops, and on the premises. This includes maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both dogs and humans.
• Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. SDTA reserves the right to remove any participant or dog from the program if they fail to comply with our code of conduct.
• Owners are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their dogs during sessions.

7. Liability and Waiver

• By participating in SDTA programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with dog training and agree to hold SDTA and its trainers harmless for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to you, your dog, or any property while participating in SDTA’s programs or services.
• You agree to indemnify SDTA for any damages, claims, or losses that arise due to your actions or the actions of your dog.

8. Health and Safety

• Clients are required to inform SDTA of any medical conditions or behavioural issues related to their dog before enrolling in any program.
• SDTA reserves the right to refuse participation for dogs that display dangerous or aggressive behaviour.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is in good health and able to participate in training.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, logos, and designs on SDTA’s website are the property of SuperDogz Training Academy and are protected by copyright law.
