Cancellation & Refunds

At SuperDogz Training Academy (SDTA), we are committed to providing you and your dog with the best possible training experience. To ensure the smooth operation of our programs and services, we have outlined our Cancellation & Refunds Policy below.

No Cancellations or Refunds

Please note that once you have enrolled in any of our training programs, workshops, or courses, cancellations and refunds are not available. We have a strict no-refund policy for all services, and once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Why No Cancellations or Refunds?

  • Resource Allocation: We reserve trainers, facilities, and materials for your dog’s training sessions. Once confirmed, these resources are set aside specifically for your training.
  • Commitment to Quality: Our training sessions and programs are personalized, and cancellations can disrupt the scheduling and availability of trainers. To maintain the quality and consistency of our services, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.
  • Training Success: We believe that consistency and commitment are key to your dog’s progress. With our carefully designed programs, each session is part of a larger learning process, and skipping or cancelling sessions can hinder results.
Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you can reschedule your appointment or session within a reasonable time frame only if slots are available. Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of the Training Staff. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to discuss alternative dates for rescheduling.

While rescheduling is allowed, we do not offer any refunds for missed sessions or cancellations.

No Show Policy

In case of a no-show for any session or program, there will be no refund or rescheduling. We encourage all clients to attend their scheduled sessions to maximize their dog’s training progress.

In Summary:
  • No refunds are available for any paid programs or sessions at SDTA.
  • No cancellations are allowed once a payment has been made for any services.
  • Rescheduling is possible with prior notice (only if slots are available, and at the sole discretion of the Training Staff), but no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. By enrolling in any SDTA program or service, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
