At SuperDogz Training Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training, care, and services for your dog. However, by participating in our training sessions, boarding/kenneling services, or ‘Train the Trainer’ courses, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Risk Acknowledgment: Dog training and related activities involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injuries to the dog or owner, accidents, and behavioral challenges. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, there is an inherent risk associated with any training or activity involving animals.
No Liability: SuperDogz Training Academy, its staff, or representatives shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur to the dog or its owner during training sessions, boarding/kenneling, or ‘Train the Trainer’ courses. This includes any incidents arising from the dog’s behavior, physical exertion, or external circumstances beyond our control.
Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior and actions during any training or service sessions. By enrolling in any of our programs, you confirm that your dog is in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations. We recommend that you provide full disclosure about your dog’s behavior and health to ensure appropriate training and care.
By continuing with our services, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer, and agree to release SuperDogz Training Academy from any liability related to injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during any activities or programs offered.
